National Blind Children’s Society is getting together with families at the SPACE Centre in Preston!

SPACE, the “Soft Play Area within a Controllable Environment” centre is the largest multi sensory room in the UK.

Here with National Blind Children’s Society, parents can meet with other families of children with visual impairment, children can meet up with other children with visual impairment and the siblings can also meet up with other siblings. All this can be done whilst having a great time enjoying the soft play facilities, the specialist equipment, the slide, the ball pool, the hammock, the bubble tubes, the water bed and the interactive tactile toys all within the specialist lighting environment.

The National Blind Children’s Society staff are also on hand for advice, information and generally to help everyone have a great fun experience.
