Recreational Activities

The National Blind Childrens Society are organising a programme of activities giving parents/carers the opportunity to meet with other families of children with visual impairment and their siblings to share experiences whilst taking part in well-planned activities. These will include: Family Weekends, a programme of six Activity Days throughout England during school holidays for parents/ carers and children/ young people to attend. A children’s Christmas party open to all families with children. We also offer parents and carers the opportunity to have a one week holiday in the National Blind Children’s Society specially adapted mobile home situated on an award winning holiday park in the South West.
