For the second year running NatWest are sponsoring our inaugural Golf Day on the 14 June 2006 at The Isle of Wedmore Golf Club, Somerset. Chris Davies, from NatWest, said, “The bank’s involvement with NBCS’ Golf Day has not only been fun, but good for brand association and profile. Our corporate guests have a great day out at this well organised event”.
Barrett & Coe decided to support NBCS by providing free family portraits to the charity’s supporters. NBCS distribute vouchers by various methods, as prizes or as a thank you. Each voucher entitles the holder to a free family portrait worth £140 and every time the offer is taken up a donation is made back to the charity by Barrett & Coe. Roy Sainsbury, from Barrett & Coe, said, “Exposure is what it is all about no matter what business you are in! Whilst raising profiles for both NBCS and ourselves we are also helping to raise vital funds for the charity.”
Aurora UK decided that Milly would adopt NBCS as her charity. “Guess Where Milly Comes From” is a game that companies are invited to host free of charge. Steve Cox, from Aurora, said, “In a world where children’s needs and requirements are so important, it was fitting to select NBCS as Milly’s chosen charity. As for the 7ft suit it certainly raises the profile of both our brand and NBCS’ events.”
Aramack help to celebrate NBCS 10th anniversary by catering for Birmingham office opening. Terry Waldron, from Aramark, said, “We were proud to support NBCS for the opening of their West Midlands office. The opening was a major achievement for them, and the event was a good opportunity for key individuals in the area to see the facilities for themselves. The event certainly helped to raise both their profile and ours within the region, Gerard had marvellous feedback from the guests during the evening .”
